British Vogue editor-in-chief and Vogue’s European editorial director, Edward Enninful OBE, was joined by some of the entertainment industry’s brightest stars at a cocktail party held in his honour in LA on Wednesday night.
Several former British Vogue cover stars attended the exclusive party in the Ai Weiwei-designed UTA Artist Space in Beverly Hills, from Thandiwe Newton, who graced the May 2021 cover, to model royalty in the shape of Kaia Gerber, who was joined by her mother, original super Cindy Crawford. Also representing the fashion world: Pyer Moss designer Kerby-Jean Raymond, and British Vogue’s contributing sustainability editor, Amber Valletta.
Elsewhere, rapper Cardi B posed for pictures with Katy Perry, director Ava DuVernay and Euphoria star Storm Reid hugged for the camera, and Enninful and Newton struck a playful pose in front of the artworks with Gelila Puck.
The A-list party, hosted by UTA, came hot on the heels of Gucci’s similarly star-studded Love Parade show on Hollywood Boulevard on Tuesday night, where British Vogue’s editor-in-chief was joined on the front row by Gucci ambassador Sienna Miller, Lizzo (sporting a heavily monogrammed Gucci coat), and Miley Cyrus, who nodded to her godmother Dolly Parton with her retro ’80s hairstyle.
